The system allows agency firm to store all their master listings into a centralized storage system. Agency can upload all kinds of different columned excel files into the system and perform keyword searches. There is no need for agency admin to re-organize excel’s column before uploading to the system. The system can handle over 100 million rows of records at reasonable search speed.
The system is ideal for real estate agent to find owner / buyer details.
Further customization is also available if needed. Possible further customization includes to integrate a credit module so internal agent will need to pay to use the system.
