Co-Agency System

If your agency firm does a lot of co-agency, most likely the team leader is spending a lot of time daily to handle all kinds of status updates with the co-agency. Project sales or Sub-sales both involves multiple parties to check a simple status which can be inefficient.

When Agent A wants to check commission update. Process flow usually will be 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1.
